  • Step-by-step activation process

    After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your eSIM QR code, and it will also be available in your account dashboard. To install it, follow these steps: 1. Go to Settings → Mobile Network 2. Tap “Add eSIM” or “Add Mobile Plan” 3. Scan the QR code provided in the email or your account 4. Once installed, set the eSIM as your default SIM for mobile data Important: To ensure the QR code is detected correctly, press and hold it for a couple of seconds — your phone should then recognize it as an eSIM and prompt installation.

  • What should I do if eSIM doesn't activate?

    Check the following: - Does your device support eSIM? - Has the eSIM already been installed? You can check its status in your account — if it shows "Pre-active", it still needs to be activated. If you're still having trouble, just reach out to our support team — we’ll be happy to help.

  • I activated my eSIM, but mobile data doesn’t work — what should I check?

    Try this quick checklist: 1. Go to your eSIM settings and make sure roaming is enabled 2. Is your eSIM selected as the default SIM for mobile data? 3. Turn on and off Airplane Mode for 10 seconds 4. Restart your device Still not working? Contact us and we’ll assist you right away.

  • Can my plan activate automatically when I install the eSIM?

    Yes — if you install your eSIM while already in the country your plan was purchased for, and mobile data is enabled, the plan may activate automatically. To avoid this, we recommend: - Installing the eSIM only when you’re ready to use it - Or activating Hold immediately after installation to pause the plan

  • How can I identify my eSIMs in my account and on my device?

    To keep things organized, you can assign a custom name to each eSIM in your account (e.g. “Spain Trip” or “Work Data”). We also recommend giving your eSIM the same name in your phone settings (if supported), so it’s easy to recognize and match across devices.
