  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept several payment options: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All available payment methods will appear at the final step of checkout.

  • What should I do if my payment doesn’t go through?

    Please check the following: - Is currency conversion enabled? - Do you have sufficient funds on your card or wallet? - Is 3D Secure authentication active? - Does your card support international online payments? If everything seems fine but the payment still fails, contact your bank or reach out to our support team. We’ll hold your order and help you complete the payment.

  • Can I buy a plan now and activate it later?

    Yes! You can buy a plan ahead of time. It will remain in “pending activation” status for up to 30 days after purchase, or until you arrive in the country the plan is intended for. Attention: Plans are activated automatically based on your location. If you're in a country that is part of a regional plan you’ve purchased, it will be activated automatically even if you already have a local plan for that same country.
