Plan Start and Duration

  • When does my eSIM plan start?

    Your plan becomes active as soon as you arrive in the country it was purchased for. If you don’t enter the destination country within 30 days of purchase, the plan will activate automatically and remain valid for the number of days included in the package.

  • Where can I find my eSIM after purchase?

    You’ll receive a QR code via email immediately after your purchase. You can also find your eSIM in your account dashboard on our website or in the app.

  • What do I get after purchasing an eSIM plan?

  • When does my data plan expire?

    Your plan expires based on the number of days included in the package, starting from the moment of activation — or earlier if you use up the full data volume.

  • Can I top up data for an active plan?

    Yes! You can use the Top-up feature. Just go to your account → My eSIM tab and click Top Up. Then select the amount of data and number of days you'd like to add.

  • Can I change my selected plan after purchase?

    Unfortunately, once purchased, a plan cannot be changed. However, you can always purchase a new plan for the same country or region.

  • How can I check my data balance and plan status?

    You can view your remaining data and days in your account dashboard on the website or app. We'll also send you notifications and emails when your data is running low.

  • How long is my eSIM valid?

    Your eSIM remains valid for 1 year after purchase — even if it hasn’t been activated yet.

  • What is the Hold feature and how does it work?

    Hold allows you to temporarily pause your active data plan. It’s helpful if you activate eSIM by accident or plan to return to the destination country later. No data or days are lost — everything is saved and resumes when you reactivate the plan.

  • Can I activate Hold multiple times for one plan?

    Yes, you can activate Hold multiple times, depending on how many Holds are included in your plan. Each Hold lasts 24 hours and will auto-renew until you cancel it manually or run out of available Holds.

  • Can I use Hold after the plan has already started?

    Yes, you can pause your plan even after it has been activated and data usage has started.

  • Will I get a notification before Hold ends?

    Yes. You’ll receive a push notification 3 hours before Hold ends — if you’ve enabled notifications in the app, browser, or PWA.

  • Do I need an internet connection to activate Hold?

    Yes. You’ll need a brief internet connection to activate Hold — either via Wi-Fi or any other SIM.

  • What if I want to extend Hold?

    If you’ve used your free Hold, you can purchase an additional one to pause your plan again. If not extended, the plan will automatically resume once Hold ends.

  • Does Hold work with top-up packages?

    Yes, Hold applies to your main plan and any top-up packages linked to it. It pauses both data usage and the countdown of days — but only for the active package, not the eSIM itself.
