Reusing, Deleting, and Transferring eSIM

• How can I delete my eSIM?

  To remove an eSIM from your device: 1. Go to Settings → Mobile Network (or “Cellular Data”). 2. Select the eSIM you want to remove. 3. Tap “Delete eSIM”. Important: Once deleted, an eSIM cannot be restored.

• How can I transfer my eSIM to a new phone?

  Unfortunately, eSIMs cannot be transferred. Once activated, an eSIM is linked to a single device. If you change phones, you’ll need to purchase a new eSIM.

• Can I reuse the same eSIM?

  You can purchase a new data plan using your existing eSIM within one year of your last activation.
